For the past 34 years, Brad Wright has either been in private practice or serving as general counsel for two multi-million dollar companies, providing him with experience in many areas of the law, finance, business and management. The combination of Mr. Wright’s business degree, law degree and work experience has given him the ability to develop critical thinking and persuasive and technical writing skills which lend themselves well to his business, corporate and estate planning areas of law practice and company management.

Mr. Wright joined the ownership team of Targaryen Management, LLC in 2023 because of the opportunity he recognized to help it become one of Western Colorado’s premier employee and operational management companies. Targaryen’s initial focus is to help manage the recruitment and employee retention effort for Dragon Heating and A/C, Inc. and allow the owners of Dragon HVAC to focus on customer growth and retention. Mr. Wright relies on his extensive level of experience and education to help Targaryen attract and retain the very best HVAC employees and, in the process, help the owners of Dragon HVAC continue to be the thriving business that it was established to be.

Jodi specializes in analyzing potential strategic partner relations for developing and marketing businesses of all types, sizes, and markets.  Along with her confident, dynamic personality and creative outlook, Jodi utilizes her strong analytical and project management skills and experience to assist companies in acquiring new customers, increasing sales, and offering additional products and services.
